3. Parking Reservations

1. Booking: All reservations must be made via our website, phone, or other approved methods.
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

4. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on your scheduled booking date may result in the forfeiture of your payment.

4. Parking and Vehicle Liability

1. Parking Allocation: Parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise confirmed.
2. Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and free from leaks or hazards.
3. Liability Disclaimer: While we provide secure parking facilities, we are not responsible for:
   • Loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside.
   • Damage caused by third parties or natural disasters.

5. Shuttle Services

1. Availability: Shuttle services are subject to availability and may vary based on demand.
2. Timeliness: We strive to adhere to scheduled shuttle times but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Full Refund:
  You are entitled to a full refund (-£15 admin fee) if you cancel your booking within 14 days of making the reservation, regardless of the scheduled booking date.

• Partial Refund:
  If you cancel more than 14 days after booking but at least 48 hours before 10:00 AM on the day of your scheduled drop-off, you will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund:
  Cancellations made within 48 hours of 10:00 AM on the day of your scheduled drop-off are non-refundable.

• No-Show Policy:
  Failure to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Cruise Parking Southampton. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.
